i know this has been posted before but want to do a questionaire altho only have one mindee at mo-can show to prospective parents but cant find other thread.
i know its on bromley site somewhere but cant find it can some one point me in right direction?

yeah, put your mouse on policies and procedures on the left hand side of the bromley page and another bit appears called other downloads, click on that and you get all sorts of stuff! x

i found the page but when i clicked open document it was a blank page?

Yeah it came up blank for me too but I waited and then it came on
