    Default lo leaving

I've just been given notice for one of my lo's, the parents circumstances have changed, and they can't afford child care any longer.
This is the first lo to leave, what documentation do I have to keep and what do I pass on to the parents?
Do I need to keep photo copies of anything, like learning journal, contract, child information sheets etc?

I give LJ to parents and file everything else - contracts, accidents/medication, child record etc in a folder - named and in a box in the loft. for if there is any need in the future and as required by law
