Which proffesional qualification do i need

At my inspection mrs O said i would need a proffesional qualification in a couple of years but not sure what one i should go for.Would need on line if poss..any sugestions

There is no current requirement to have any qualification other than the introduction to childminding course

Are they still trying to push it through that all minders should have a level 3 by 2015 still?

If they want everyone to have a level 3 then they'd better start paying for people to do it.

There was LOADS of funding for it, I am guessing much of it has been withdrawn now though

just a level 3 - no they are different.
It would be worth checking with your LA/EY team to see if anything is available

Yes there is funding in some areas - I am being funded ! Level 3. CYPW. HARD WORK ! But loving it
