one down ****** to go!!!

My last post on the dreaded weight loss was a down on as I had just been weighed at the hospital and it's the heaviest I have ever been

That was on the 18th of April.

I weighed myself this morning and..............



I have lost 1stone and 2pounds!!!!!!


I am so amazed, pleased but amazed.

So one down ,x to go.

I wont tell you just how many as I don't want to feel like an elephant today and depress myself, but I know I want to lose rest of the second stone by the end of June

Thanks to everyone for posting their stories. It has really helped knowing some of you are acheiveing what you want ( Lana especially) so I keep figuring if you can all do it so can I.

I will not be this size for the Christmas meeting.

So if I fall of the wagon or loose heart, remind me I CAN DO THIS!!

Well done you! I lost a total of 81/2 stone a few years back & maintained (untill 1 1/2 pregnancies later)! If i can do it, so can you...& believe me once this baby is born I'll be working my big behind off to make it a small one again! keep up the good work!

It's the lack of will power that has got me into this mess in the first place.

But enough's enough. So I am trying to take it a stone at a time until I get to where I want.

Oh and cycled 7mile s a day and walked to the bus stop instead of driving. Trying to be really active, although this forum DOES NOT HELP!!!! Too addictive

Lorri, I have an awful lot to loose, so a stone is a drop in the ocean

I feel better and thats what counts.
