She's been and gone

Mrs O has justleft, she arrived at 10.30!!!.
I have 2 boistrous boys today and she was very understanding that I didn't really have much time to sit a chat to her. She's given me good in all areas and said it's a shame they don't do a very good because I'd have gotten that, she said I sould be aiming for outstanding next time!!!

I'm really pleased with this for my first inspection!
My areas to work on were my self reflection and using observations to feed my planning more, I had already identified these as areas I needed to improve on.
She liked my photo album of things we had done over the summer, glad I did this as I couldn't get the garden toys out today! and loved the newsletters and daily diaries I send home. She was very impressed with my story sacks and story telling abilities (I did voices for all the characters!!)
I've got the wine in the fridge waiting for the children to leave so I can celebrate!!!

She also said because it was a positive one it would probably be longer than 3 years til the next one!!!
