need a bit of help on this for my nvq identify barriers to effective communication ie special needs my mind has gone blank

Barriers to communication:

age
language (english as a second language for example)
comprehension (understanding)
listening skills
speech delay and problems
deafness/problems with hearing
sight problems


sign language (you not know it for example)

parents/carers in denial or unable to access the resources, not knowing the resources available

literacy issues
