I have received a lot of emails and pms recently from worried childminders asking for tips on how to remain sustainable in the current economic climate.

Thanks Sarah, some good ideas, we are thinking advertising and promoting as things have become difficult around here.

(Just one really little picky thing the Halloween bags needs to be in October cos will have missed it by November)

Thanks Sarah some great advice, I particularly like the idea of offering extra services for parents such as pick up or deliver dry cleaning, visit the post office to post letters, collect prescriptions, pay in cheques etc. and like you said involve the LO's in these activities
