    i didnt know where to put this question so here goes, how long does your crb check last for do you have to keep having it done every year or something

    As far as I'm aware you only need to have it done once.

    According to Ofsted you do not need to have it updated until they say so and at the moment they are not updating them - I asked!

    For those that live in Wales the CSSIW expects them all (all family) to be updated every three years and that you submit the forms to them 3 months before the 3rd anniversary of the certificate.
