Just called them, we need to send a covering letter and a copy of our certificate to PO Box 3, Diss, IP98 1HH.

Yes I collected them last year and managed with the help of my neighbours to collect over 2000 which earned me a free apple tree. Plus potato and strawberry tubs a million pack of seeds raspberry and blueberry bushes potatos pumpkin onions a bucket some net gloves and more loads more. We have had lots of fun this year planting and reaping the benefit
