help,, adhoc contract , quick,, please

How do i do an adhoc contract,, its a school child possibly 5 days a week one week and a couple the next , really for when the parent has work, I am not fussed about charging to keep the space as its an over 8 and bonus money for me but on the contact what do i put in the hours and says bit or if i put somthing like
'hours and days will be as and when needed and parent will only be charged for days that are booked,, if a parent books a day and child does not attend that day then parent will still be charged'
does that sound ok, i want parent to pay for any days they have booked as i may have changed my plans to accomodate them

Yes, sounds good to me
And all the rest the same as a normal contract re terms and conditions e.g. If anyone is sick, late payments, when payments are due etc
