hi all my middle daughter starts school sept 2012 - is she classed as a rising 5 once in full time or after her 5th birthday in dec?

Once she is in full time 10 sessions a week school she is classed as full time.
Ofsted need to take her off your certificate first though and put on the 'rising 5' wording.
