Photos of children

Thinking of having a Birthday wall with each month on a balloon and having the childrens picture in the month of their birthday.
Are we aloud to do this?
Does any body else have something similer to this?
I have drawn it up of what i want to produce and it looks fab.

I just get permission from all my parents to say i can display photos in my setting

I agree as long as you have photograph permission forms signed there should be no problem, sounds lovely.

It is fine - just make sure photopermission in place - to take and what will do with photo's - think what you will do if a parent does not want you to do this.


My parents have all signed to agree to photo's being used in lots of different situations including on my website (and Ofsted fine with this)

Thanks for all the replies. Thats great i will get on to doing another permission form. I have one for taking photos didnt think about for displaying them too.
