    Default Another car insurance thread

I have my car through my partner's work car scheme so do not have separate car insurance. Am I correct in thinking I am not able to therefore use my car for childminding? I've not planned on doing so but if there's a way around it, it'd be fantastic. Any ideas???

You need to check what the insurance allows you to use the car for, if it is only social domestic and pleasure then you cannot use it, if there is business use then I suspect if would be for your partner, the best thing to do if try and have a word with the insurers and see if it can be extended to allow business use for you.

    Good luck
