    at last some sense for those people driving vehicles 9 seats or larger

    But what would happen if we were asked to pick-up / drop-off a child at home and the parent offered to pay us for that. I'm talking as an odd one-off type thing rather than a regular basis as you would then incorporate that into your fees. Am I correct in thinking that we should be registered as a taxi for that scenario?
