St swithens day

So on another thread I went into a calander someone suggested and St Swithens day caught my eye (15th July). If it rains on St S Day then it will rain for 40 day and if it is fair it will be fair for 40 days.

So my plan is to set up a calander for mindees and mine to log the weather for the 40 days to see what happens.

Just a thought very late at ngith.

That's a good idea.

You could put a tub in the ground to measure the rainfall too! Maybe for a couple of weeks before and after and compare them? Or is that a bit nerdy? Ha ha!

oooh now that is getting very technical and scientific. Spangles are you sure that you shouldn't be called Brains.
