    Default Professional development policy

    does any one have a professional development i could have a sneaky peek at?! I'm losing the will to live sorting out my policies and just need some inspiration!

    I don't have a policy - just a statement in my portfolio and my PD folder with course certificates, in house training info etc

    I don't have a policy for it. Like Sarah, it's in my personal statement that I will undertake regular training to update my knowledge and I have a personal development folder with certificates, info about courses I do etc.

    wouldnt want to tie myself down with a policy tbh - I do what i need / afford / have time for when I can!
