Urgent help writing an email if anyone is about....

Much appreciated if you could!

A parent has added me as a favourite on childcare.co.uk and I've looked at her profile to get her email address and I'm trying to think what to write. I have quite a detailed profile so anything i would usually put about myself/my service is already there.

So far I have

'Dear X

Thank you for adding me as a 'favourite' on childcare.co.uk.'

Ha ha! Thats all I have! I'm a bit rubbish clearly and would be grateful for any help any one could give so i can find out what her needs are without sounding like i'm giving her the Spanish Inquisition!

I tend to just write

"I would just like to introduce myself.........
Please take a look at my profile and if you have any questions please dont hesitate to contact me further."

I dont write much because as you said most of it is in your profile.

If they say what childcare they are looking for I tell them I have space available for them or if they dont really say what they are looking for I ask them what they are looking for and I will let them know if I can help or not
