Default parent is taking her children out.

parent says that i do not do enough with them and she thinks i cant cope!!!!!
they are 1 yr old, their routine to date up until the last week has been this- arrive 7.30- school run 8.20-9 , 9am breakfast 10am sleep, 11.30 wake up, 12.30 go home. inbetween times its nappy change etc.

she says that i don't take them out!!!. on the occasion i did take them out they didnt sleep all morning and were grumpy for her on the afternoon so she asked if i could keep to their routine, which i did.

last week their routine went from having breakfast at 7.30 - sleep 9-10. which is better as i can do something.
she has given notice and they leave me soon.
now do i become devils advocat and make a point of taking them out to prove her wrong or - just leave it as it is?

What more can you do in such little time if she INSISTS you keep to their sleep schedule?

I wouldn't worry about it myself. Let them leave and maybe another CM can work some magic (doubt it though with not much time to do it in)

You are clearly not 'no good'!
I think it sounds like she's stuggling to find a reason to take them out, maybe she has her own reasons she that she doesn't want to share. Just a thought!

Yes i think it sounds like an excuse.

Draw a line under it and forget it, onwards and upwards as they say

you are meeting the childrens needs during that time. I wonder where she was thinking you could slot something in. Dont worry about it, let them go and move on.

ohhh good riddance hun move on and put this family behind ya,

one point though at next interview talk about your routine and that of the child's and make clear to parents the needs of all children and school runs etc
ask questions of what parents are expecting of you and how you can best accomodate their expections

good luck a fab family are waiting for you round the corner

It doesn't sound like you've got the whole story here but there's nothing you can do about it so no point in worrying.

Hope you fill their places quickly

    Miffy xx
    Keep smiling!
