I use a scrap book Marie. Mine have lots of pictures, artwork done by the child and observations covering different areas of the Foundation Phase. I include things children say and in fact anything that I think I would like to see as a parent.

I have just shared mine with the Reception teacher at school and it has given her a great idea of where the child is developmentally. Of course it belongs to the child so I have it back now and I will continue to add to it. Parents also write comments in it when I share with them.
