accreditation help please!

I've been working on completing my accreditation paperwork, and really need to get it done by the end of the month if I can. I'm stuck on something that is probably really obvious, though! I'm probably over thinking it... What do I put in the 'Evidence, Reflection and Evaluation' of the EYFS areas bit? Do I just need to note links to the children's folders? I've just been noting in relevant dates and kind of making my paper trail clear, but I'm wondering if thats enough?
Do I even make sense? Arrgh!

Without seeing the paperwork I am not sure what you are aiming for

Every council seems to do their own paperwork and its all different - give your local co-ordinator a call - its not an exam nor are you being assessed so they should be very happy to give you advice and any help you need. Unfortunately without seeing your paperwork I cant help you - sorry hun!!!

Hi I have just become accredited.
I just put in copies of some observations (names etc deleted)
How I followed the EYFS, with next steps and planning for children. (again names etc deleted)

Oh, okay! I didn't realise it was different for every county. Hmmm... A chat with my DO it shall be.
