Assistants and your policies etc

If you work with an assistant does you policies have to read we rather then I will etc etc etc ....

I changed mne so they do, just to be on the safe side!

Yes they do, except the whistle blowing one. They have to have written by; both names, and dated as well.

This is what I was told anyway, and we've just had an inspection, Mrs O looked at this and said, "good, I see you work together".

I taught you all might say change them .. I only re done my policies in March so here I go again more ink. thank you - will try and start them tomorrow ...

I just sign and date them myself and get my assistant to sign to say have read/understood them and will comply by them!

My policies say I as I am the business and responsible overall. My assistants read and sign to adhere to them.
