    Default lovely new family

    i asked the family i met the other day if i could borrow there car seat for a couple of wks until i got money flow going etc and they said that would be fine, well mum called tonight to arrange meeting with lo and said her and hubby have been discussing it and they are just going to buy one for my car!
    one less thing for me to worry about!!! Hopefully signing contracts on sat too!

    ahh that's lovely. both my current baby car seats came from mindees parents when my mindees outgrew them.

    I would love parents like this.

    I do have a mum who came for a visit the other week and she siad she could lend me a travel cot and car seat for her lo as she had 2 of them. He is coming for a settling session on Monday so see how it goes then may have to ask to borrow them.

    I'm such an old cynic!!!!! If a parent offered to do something like that, I would regard them with the utmost suspician!!! I don't like taking favours or freebies from parents in case they decide to throw it back in my face when they decide to go on holiday for a fortnight and not want to pay!
