Hiya,

Just wondering if anyone has ordered anything from security direct? I *think* i saw it on here, so duly went off and ordered a few bits on 6/6.

Am now still waiting and after several e-mails and phone calls (who ALWAYS get answered by the same man, then put through to the same woman?!?) i'm beginning to feel slightly scammed

Awaiting yet another call back this afternoon, just hoping this is a one off mess up.

How did you pay? If you paid by debit card contact your bank, they'll try and tell you you should always use a credit card but they will refund your money, we bought a coffee machine off a website and it never arrived and they gave us our money and chased the company for it back, if paypal open a dispute with them

Thanks, it was with my debit card. I have flat out asked for a refund now but she said she'll try and track my goods down 1 last time. If/when she gets back to me this afternoon i'll tell her if she won't refund i'll contact my bank.
