Default How to charge this one!!

Ok, I have got a new mindee starting properly on Monday mum works shifts this is what he will be with me for
    Wk 1--- 8.30- 5.45 x 2 days
    Wk 2---9-6 x 2 days
    Wk 3---7.45-4.45 x 2 days

I charge £4.00 per hour, ideally I would prefer the same amount each week but my brain will not work this out today

    Please help x
    Is it Friday yet?

    Wk 1 is 9 1/4 hours so works out £37 a day (£74 a week)

Wks 2 and 3 are 9 hours so £36 a day (£72 a week) based on your hourly rate.

Not much difference really. You could maybe charge a daily rate so figure is the same every week and I would go for the higher rate of £37 a day.
