Hi All

Might seem like a strange request but does anyone know who or where I can turn to to get some advice about my setting.

I got graded good just over a year ago (I got outstanding in alot of areas but got an overall good as Ofsted came on the day at the time mindee had a nap, who I had written permission to keep up for an additional 30 mins but Ofsted felt that this was not long enough to see how I interacted with the mindee so had to grade a good).

Anyway, I want to improve my provision and I am trying to do that where I see that I can, but I would love an outsider to come in and give me their opinion on my setting and what improvements they feel I could be making.

Do you have any early years advisory teachers or childminding development workers in your area?

We have both. I have a dw who comes out and carries out support visits.
