    Default Childrens questionaire

    Hi all

I have sent out Parent questionaires, but am now wanting to send one to the children we care for. Anyone got any samples or ideas etc.

I am looking at maybe doing it in both words and pictures but just not sure on were to begin. I know the questions I want to ask but not sure on the format.

Any help would be gratefully recieved

    Dave x

    Mine were:

Do you enjoy coming to Beckys house? (to which they all replied Yes...phew)
What do you enjoy the most?
Do you like the food at Becky house?
Do you think Half terms/school hoidays are fun?
What do you like about school hoildays?
Is there anything new you would like to see? ( 1 boy replied a chocolate fountain )
If you were unhappy woud you talk to Becky about it?

These questions were aimed at the children over 3ish

Got good responses from all 5 kids...thank goodness! You know what kids are like for being truthful...

    Becky x
