I did it!!!

I got my half stone award tonight!!! So shocked after the dreadful 2 days I had friday and saturday but I lost 2lb so its taken me to a total loss so far of 8.5lb!!!

I am ecstatically happy tonight!!! Cant believe it

I stayed the same this week

so more effort and walking and cycling next week me thinks. In laws are staying so gives me good excuse to get out

Thanks everyone! Im feeling super motivated this week. I want to have my biggest loss next week so i'm really going for it!!
