Default can your own child be a rising 5?

My boy starts ft school in September and his 5th birthday is October.
Will OFSED add another mindee to my under 5's in September as he's a rising 5, or do I have to wait till his birthday?

thank goodness for tthat. I've got a little one starting in September and suddenly panicked I'd be over numbers. I seem to remember there was a lot of debate / confusion over the situation with your own children.
    Panic over!

Just remember that it won't get changed until they are doing full time school- which was 3 weeks in for my DS so we were nearing the end of September.
