I'm getting myself prepared for new parents that will be hammering down my doors when they realise I'll have 2 under 5 spaces in September (fingers crossed!)

I needed to type out an information sheet about my charges for a while as I've never had anything official. I don't want to get ripped off (has happened in the past) so need to be more organised.

I've just typed a detailed information sheet about my fees and charges. I'm not too sure if I've covered everything.

Is anyone willing to cast an expert eye over it for me?

It looks kind of odd, and I'm not too sure if I've gone into too mush detail, or maybe I've missed out something very important............
