i have given out all my invoices for this month.

one of my mums rang me tonight to tell me there is a problem with her invoice











i have undercharged her!!!!


i billed her for 8-2 and not 8-5 (she usually does 8-2 on that day so you can see where i got confused)


i must admit i do have great parents who appreciate me....and tell me regularly

We have new parents who queried an invoice this week thinking we had under charged them and asked for the invoice early this month as they will be away at the end of the month so nice to have lovely parents
