Complaints... what do i need?

Hi everyone it seems i have a different question i need an answer to every day.Can anyone tell me exactly what i need to show ofsted with regards to complaints. I have a file with my complaints policy in and forms that i got from the bromley site. These have areas to fill in detailing the complaint, who it was made by, details of the standard it relates to, the outcome action taken etc Is that enough or do i have to have a book as well? if so what should be in the book, sorry im very confused and dont want to get this wrong cos i know ofsted want this spot on.
