    Default Offering the free hours

I've recently become Accredited and one of my mum's wants to use some of her child's free hours with me (split between nursery and me).

I have no idea what to do next!

I imagine I must need to get a form from somewhere but no idea where from!

    Any advice gratefully recieved

Contact your do, network co ordinator or la, they will tell you what to do. Here we deduct the funded hours from parents bill and we get paid monthly by direct debit direct from la. We are sent a form for parents to complete once a term to confirm hours claimed etc.

Many thanks, I've sent her an e-mail.

I'm sure it's not as complicated as I've built it up in my head to be!
