I'm very tempted to order a couple as they look a good half way step between a ride on car and a scooter, plus they fold down easily to be thrown on the boot and taken to the park.

Will be interested to hear what you think???

Oh the scuttle bugs are excellent. We have them at a toddler group i do to and the children love them. A mindee of 19mths can manage them no problem and my daughter of 2.5yrs loves it and was thinking about getting some myself for the summer but begrudged paying £30 each but I will definately be getting some for that price.

Thanks for finding such a bargain they're great

I've got 2 I love the fact that they fold up real small and the kids love them.
The problem is keeping the big kids off them my 7 yr old is always trying to ride them.

I got a red ladybird one for ds from that very online shop about a year and a half ago. I think its great! It has lasted really well. The wheels are made out of a rubbery substance and it is really silent even on bumpy concrete. We have had quite a few comments from other people at the park. The only problem with it is that my sons feet tend to bump into the back wheels when he is riding it and he does sometimes get frustrated. The only other problem was that I got it for him too late, for his 2nd birthday. He did really like it at first but grew out of it very quickly. I think it is best from about 18 months till 2.5 years.

When he was younger we used to go for walks with him riding the scuttle bug. He would get tired after a short distance so I would loop my scarf around the vertical part of the handlebars and pull him along. Worked really well

Thanks Ladies, I've just ordered me two from Amazon (yes Pauline thru the link!!!) they are only £17.99 each on there with free delivery

    Just stumbled upon these too....

    https://www.amazon.co.uk/Funtastic-8...ble-Orange=8-5

They look good too but a bit more pricey!!

From what I can see the scuttle bug has steerable handlebars and the scramble has fixed handlebars and shopping trolley wheels (God help it!!)

Will let you know what they're like

I can't get that last link to work (the amazon one)

They look really good - I may have to invest

I personally wouldn't get the yellow one though - it would attract too many bugs (esp wasps ) in the summer!

I have one and it is great

As some body said it is small enough to go under the buggy or even in a bag on the handle but is strong enough for a four year old to ride on.

yep, i've got one too. love it. 1 year old uses it and small 5 year old even still uses it. it's fab. quiet on wooden floors as well. my dd has used it indoors in the past. i've got that and a bobby car and i tend to take both out to the park or on the patio.

Hee Hee - Mine came today, they're fab.

18mth old was straight on it, as was my 3yr old DD and 7 yr old Ds (albeit his knees were round his ears )

Folds up so small - a real good purchase!!
