    Default CRB Check question

Hi - Can somebody please tell me if we need to have our CRB renewed every 3 years?

    Thanks

As far as I am aware, in England, we don't. It would only be renewed if we were specifically asked to renew it.
Mine was done in 2005 (3 years before I became a cm!) by a cm friend who wanted to register me as an assistant in case she needed me (she never used me!). When I had my pre-reg inspection Mrs O said it was fine. I have asked on a number of occassions if it is still ok, and the answer has always been yes.
