    Sounds perfect to me

My lot have their own daily diary (note books of various sizes etc depending on what was on offer!) and then their LJ folders which stay here with their development sheets, obs etc in. I also do a weekly plan outline of things they might like to do based on what they were into the week before etc and groups we're going to.

    hth.

I have my own daily diary (just a cheap yearly diary) where i write what we have done that day and eaten. Very simple i dont go into detail or i will be there all day!!

My little ones have a daily diary but i have a notice board up for the older ones so mum/dad etc can have a quick look at to see what there child has been upto.

I also have learning journey with obs photos etc
