    Default First Aid Kits

What do we legally have to have in both our house and travel first aid kit. Both of mine need restocking after a big accident yesterday and was wondering before I go and buy half of boots out tomorrow.

Mine was fairly well stocked until yesterday!!

There are no legal stipulations as to what you must have in your kit, but it must be adequate (so no good having a one-person kit if you have three mindees plus you, for example)

I think the only stipulation is that whatever your kit list says it has, it should have - so it's no good the list in your box saying 3 x large bandages and there being none (unless you've used them and are waiting for replacements to arrive!)

There are suggested kits, but they're just that - suggestions. I put mine together myself.
