Help!!! Present ideas needed

I have just relised ine of my mindees is 2 next monday.

I have no idea what I can get her.

I only want to spend about a fiver.

She already has enough books so that idea is out the window. She has pretty much everything I have at home and her mum doesn't like her to be really girlie. So what do I get her.

I bought a Happyland post office set today for £8 in ELC (it was reduced from £16) ... a bit over your budget tho.

Her mum is lwys telling me she has lots of new puzzles and cds. I think she has pretty much everythin already.

As for the Happy land. I have the post office here but I dont think it's something she really plays with.

I like the idea of playdough aand cutters. But I dont know whether her mum will let her play with it at home. Oh how frustrating.

what about a dvd or some music to listen too.dvds are cheap at asda.

what about some bath crayons - £3 in tesco - could buy a nice flannel to go with? bought some for my mindee (2) last week to go with a swimsuit I got in tesco which was a fiver!
