Default RA relevant to minded children

    Hi!

Is it correct to complete my risk assessments, with particulary consideration for my current minded children? For example I do not currently mind any babies or children who children who cannot negotiate stairs safely. So is it ok to just leave the stairs ungated and then review when (if!) a new child starts?

Does anybody else use a new starter as a catalyst for risk assessment review?

    Yes and yes!

Risk Assessments take into account the children you have, so when that changes, you need to review!

    Absolutely!

It is especially important when you take on new children to update your outing RA to show how you manage different combinations
