    Default Help please re NCMA insurance

    hi does anyone how if I can contact the NCMA for legal advice about this situation. I am getting harrassed by a family member of a minded child and the police are involved.....I am worried about the implications on the other children in my care and need to find out where I stand

    Always call them and then you can get the advice of the professionals

    thanks debbie...my DO is off on the sick and I was going to ring another member of her team then I wondered if the NCMA would advise me...will give them a ring in the morning.....while I am on here can I ask do you think I need to write any kind of paperwork up to cove rme in case anything happens?? I was wondering about a policy stating what the police have told me re keeping doors locked etc

    edit to add thanks for your concern Kate...I am a bit stressed out by it all tbh.....and obviously worried

    I think I would inform ofsted too hon. tell them what measure you are taking to make it safe once you have taken some more advice. Sorry to hear this - how awful.

    That's really horrible, sorry you are going through that.

    As has been already said I would definately inform Ofsted too, as there is police involvement.

    Hope you get the advice you need from NCMA. X

    Just keep a record in your diary of all instances. Will help you when you need to recall and can also be handed to the police as evidence.
