    Im hiring my mum as an assistant to cover the hour that they wont let me have for a stupid variation.
    please can u help with this question

    Under what circumstances will you leave your assistant alone and for how long? How will you ensure that they will continue to meet the needs of all children in your absence and the legal requirements of EYFS?

    can i leave my alone mother to nip to the loo etc. she lives with me well i live with her reli lol and is already crb so process should be quick

    how do i go about with the tax and p45 or 60 lol x

    it should be outlined on the ofsted site hon but off the top of my head for mindees to be in sole charge of assistants the assistants must have full paediatric first aid training and you must have explicit permission from parents.

    exactly whats already said, first aid paedeatric based, permission from ofsted and from parents and crb obviously
