Default Is this ok to do?

    Hi ,

Just a quick question , my mindees mum has asked me if I can have baby 8 - 11pm tonight. ( at my house )

It will only be for this period. I have said yes, but thinking about it , is this ok to do. Insurance wise and ofsted etc.

Sorry if its a silly question, but dont want to do anything that is not allowed.

    Thanks x

If you are concerned I suggest you give Ofsted a quick all to check

It is perfectly ok - overnight care only applies if you are actually having the child overnight and you will be sleeping wilst the child is there. I have cared for children till 10pm in the past. You have no need to contact Ofsted just get on with it if you want to.
I'm not paranoid - the world IS out to get me!
