I've had my 3rd enquiry today since Monday!
The first is long way off - January next year!
Second one could start in a couple of weeks, parent is going back to work full time and her current childminder doesn't work Fridays.
Third one needs a couple of hours a week but seemed very keen, she's coming to see me on Monday.

So things are looking up and the 2nd and 3rd ones would fit in nicely with my current mindees. Fingers crossed! Hx

Great news! I've only got one vacancy for a Friday at the moment as I'll be full from June onwards and for now I'm just using my quiet times to sort out the house and garden and get some more play equipment in.

Thanks for all you replies. Thought I'd just give you a quick update.
My visit on Monday was cancelled, mum phoned to say that her husband wasn't too happy at the idea so she needed to persuade him! Not sure I'll be hearing back from her.
I vaguely know the lady from the 2nd enquiry from our childrens centre. I saw her yesterday and even though I had a brief chat with her no childcare was mentioned by either of us.
Guess we'll just have to wait and see.

I've had 2 enquiries, 1 yesterday messaged me on childcare.co.uk and said she would phone me today for a chat no phone call yet and another emailed me and asked for my post code and said she wanted to see where I lived and if it was close enough.

Soooo just sat waiting now for the phone to ring or for an email
