    Default Variation

I am registered for 2 under 5's and already have a 7mth old full time, I also have just had a lady who has two children 1 and 2 who wants me to have her children on an as and when basis as she has hospital appointments, her daughter (1yr old) who has celebal palsy and she has hospital appointments for her too. On occasions I will just be having the 2 yr old, which is fine, but when I have both I will be one over my number. I have a 3 yr old daughter who also attends nursery all day Mon and tue/Wed/Thur till 12 and most of her appointments fall at 10am in the morning.

I want to ask Ofsted for a variation, being as it will be as little as 2hrs at a time and approx 1-2 times a month, what is the likelihood of Ofsted agreeing this?

Personally I would just apply for the variation and see what they say. They treat each case individually
