Default Where do u keep them and for how long ?

I am wondering if they could all be kept on the computer and just a blank sample form shown to OFSTED when they visit and explain that all completed ones are stored on the computer or if I am required to have a load of paper copies ?

How many do u think you will have completed in a year and how long do u keep them for ?

    Thanks ladies

They really need printing and putting in a file so you can add written notes to them when things change.

That way you have evidence that you are constantly risk assessing and updating.

You keep them until you update them and then the old version can be recycled...
