    Default there is hope!

I just wanted to give all of you a message of hope for when times are tough!

Just before Christmas I was really worried - lost two sibling mindees when their dad got made redundant and knew I was losing my longest mindee at the end of January cos his mums having a baby. DH very unhappy in his job to the point that he quit. He had another job lined up to start 10th January but the money wasnt very good.

Then he had a call to go to Manchester for an interview on the 7th January - they offered him the job and he started on the 11th and cos the money is really good (he's gone contracting) I was able to give notice to my last mindee so that I can concentrate on my own children for a while.

And then...my inheritance money came through!! So we are going on holiday to.....

    AUSTRALIA

next year!!! Can't wait - its my longest held dream ever to go there!!!!!!!

So the moral is that I went from feeling really low to suddenly everything is working out. Life's not perfect - would rather have my grandma here than the money - but its going pretty good.

So for all of you out there having it tough- hang on in there and it WILL get better and I'm sharing positive vibes to everyone.

    Feel the love

As you say there is hope - enjoy the time with your own children and make the most of your trip to Austrailia.

Thank you everyone. Still cant quite believe it is really going to happen but I'm really enjoying the moment!!

Anyone got any advice for long haul flying? DD will be 4 (nearly 5) when we go - first time on a plane!!! Bless her - nothing like being dropped in the deep end so to speak

Still sending positive vibes out there to everyone xxxxx
