Ok i have ofsted due this week for my first inspection and i mind for a couple of friends and even though i went through the contracts with them i have realised they are not signed ... will this form part of the inspection or is it there to cover me more than anything?

Ofsted should not ask to see your contracts. I would get them signed ASAP or you may have problems with notice/payment if a parent leaves

thanks very much i will get it sorted just didnt realise i hadnt .... its the other parent i have problems with who have a contract lol typical isnt it lol
