Default I might be stupid but what is a pogo?

I have seen that many of you are using Pogo camera thingies and I wondered what they do? I am getting rather tired of uploading to snapfish and waiting for delivery! Are they expensive to run in terms of paper and ink?

A pogo is a printer that is inkless and uses special, small sticky backed paper, ideal for observations Mine cost £15 in the sale but Amazon sell them not much dearer than that.
    Hope that helps

It hooks up to the camera, you just need a usb connector, or you can bluetooth from your phone

They look really good, I fancy buying one now but just wondered do they come in any bigger sizes other than 2x3? Like or 4x6 just so they are like proper little photos rather than stickers?
I hope they come in bigger sizes as I want one! Hope someone can help me out.
