Ofsted has been and gone.

Hi. Well after 2 cancelations she has finally been and gone. Mind you i did think she may have forgot as she was late(she walked which is scary as she must live closer then i thought). I got Good.
She recomended i log my fire drills, improve hygeine(seperate hand towels, cat jumped on worktop that i put crafts on, dog smelt damp!) and to add my next steps more(which i knew). She did ask if i wore gloves when changing. I said i dont any more but use to. She has been told you should by local board. I said about how i use this forum and some are pulled up on it and other not ect she said for us both to check. I should of done this just for today anyway as i was only talking to a mum on the way home from school about it this morning. Oh well.
Very annoyed that after slaving away and stressing over my sef she couldn't access it!
Need to write some good comments as i can only remember the neg ones. She said i do more on my eyfs books then i let on. She loves the pics i add. Likes the NCMA stickers i use in the older eyfs scrap books,I do a lot of crafts. Just realised she never looked at my planning folder but then it took her ages to look at my pile of stuff even though i told her it was there.
I only have the one mindee so it was just me and her and she is very shy so i had few words from her at times.
Im sure ill remember more.

Can I just say well done....I am new to this board....joined a couple of weeks ago....I was registred on 2nd Nov....wooohooo...took 57 days for my CRB to come through

The ofsted inspection is the only paet of minding that I am dreading...I have worked with children for over 20 years first as a nanny then as a eyp (hides behind sofa) I will be honest..the ofsted inspection scares the pants off me. So well done again for an excellent visit

Thank you everyone. You all helped me as I find locally I get no help. Still really annoyed after my stress of doing SEF that she hasn't read it.

I had mine in October, she couldn't access my SEF either. I was annoyed as I spent ages on it. Also I had printed it off before hand and she didn't really look at that either.

Oh well like you say we can relax for another 3-4 years now.
