3 day First Aid Course / Paediatric First Aid

DH has the three day First Aid course. Would he still need to do a paediatric first aid course to become my assistant?

I know my cm friend's husband had done a first aid course through work, but she was told by Ofsted that it wasn't sufficient for him to be left alone with children (as her assistant).

Thanks, it isn't enough according to that link. I've emailed my local childminding association to find out if it is funded for assistants as mine was.

No it's not enough. He must do a paediatric one.
