disabilities and special needs

Hi,

I am thinking of minding lo's with special needs and disabilities.

Do any of you have advice on this and do any of you have lo's with special needs at the moment.

I am due to go on a course for this soon but do not really know what to expect.

I would welcome any advice or experiences

I think at some point or another we have all cared for a child with additional needs.

There are a lot of networks set up in various areas so it might be worth contacting your CDO or if there is a community or CCF network.
